The house has good character and is definitely haunted, which adds a unique vibe. The landlord is pretty good; he gets some things done really fast, like our new stovetop and wall, while others take a bit longer, but he does look into issues. The best part is the size of the lounge, although the worst is that my room has no ceiling.

The house has a cheap price and a nice, spacious kitchen, and the room sizes are okay. However, it's cold and damp in all rooms, with mould in many places, and one room even has a sloping floor, making it really cold in winter. I haven't had much contact with the landlord, but I haven't encountered any issues. Overall, the best things are the location and price, while the worst aspects are the mould, dampness, and cold.
The house is easy and quick to heat, but it can smell mouldy if left unoccupied over the holidays, and the low ceilings are a bit of a downside. However, the huge storage areas in both rooms are a plus. The best part of living here is definitely the landlord—he's the most lovely, caring, and laid-back man we've ever met, always quick to respond to texts and even brought us Easter eggs. The worst part is the loud flatmates upstairs.
The house is cold, old, and has mold, which makes living here uncomfortable. The landlord is hard to get a hold of and never visits, so I have to keep ringing him. The best part is that I'm moving out at the end of the year, as the worst things are the cold, mold, and shitty shower pressure.
The flat is very cheap and close to uni, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlords are pretty casual and fix problems on the same day, but they don't inspect the flat at all and didn't pay our bond back. The worst part is that it does get very cold.
