The flat is extremely cold, often colder inside than outside, though the two bedrooms facing the road get good afternoon sunlight. Our landlord is nice but tends to neglect our concerns and doesn't help us unless we push him. The best features are the shower pressure and the good location within an entertaining complex, but the thin walls and cold atmosphere are definitely drawbacks.

The house has well-sized rooms that get a lot of sun, and the kitchen offers plenty of storage, although the living area is small. I was satisfied with the landlord; they did what was needed but weren't overly helpful. The best things about the place are its warmth and sunshine, while the worst aspect is the creaky floors. Just a heads up, the motel next door doesn't like noise!
The house was reasonably nice and warm, with fairly sized rooms and a good location. The landlord had no issues and was reasonably quick at replying and fixing problems. The best thing about the flat was how sunny it was, but the worst part was that it could be quite noisy.
The flat has decent-sized rooms and lounge, with good sunlight in the bedrooms, although the floors can be a little creaky, which you get used to. All the bedrooms are equal in size and come with built-in desks, shelves, and wardrobes, so you don’t have to buy your own. The landlord is friendly and quick to respond, always notifying us in advance about inspections or viewings, and he promptly addresses any issues that arise. Overall, it's a pretty decent flat in a good location.
