I really enjoy living in this great sunny flat, with sunlight in all the bedrooms and both morning and afternoon sun in the kitchen/living room area. The storage space in the basement is a plus, but the lack of a heat pump can make it chilly in winter. The landlord has been pretty good, and since there have been no issues with the flat this year, I’m not sure how they would respond to repair requests. Overall, the best thing about this place is definitely the sun!
