Negatives: Really ugly on the outside and you have one million neighbours including motels who hate noise and will send you a noise complaint at 8pm. The flat loses heat really quickly because it has big windows. Positives: The flat inside is really cute and functional, 4/6 rooms get excellent sun and 2 get okay sun, the bathrooms are recently redone, the location is awesome, the common area is great (and sunny), and the landlord is very quick to respond to issues and super nice.
