The flat accommodates 5/6 occupants and features padlocked doors, a small living area, a small kitchen, and three bathrooms, though not all are in good repair. It's a fairly utilitarian space, which might suit those looking for cheap rent or flexible accommodation for a short time. The landlord is a nice lady, generally flexible about leases, especially when tenants are in a tough spot, but the communal life is minimal. Overall, the best aspect is the flexibility, while the worst is the lack of community.
