The house has a great view, and the heat pump makes up for the lack of sunshine in winter. It's better suited for postgrads, and I appreciate having an attentive landlord who lives downstairs. The bathroom opens onto a Romeo and Juliet style balcony, which is amusingly described as "poo with a view." While the size and central location are fantastic, the downside is that there's no sun in summer.
