The property is rented as a self-contained studio, but isn't legally fit for that. There isn't a working kitchen, and the building is only consented as an additional bedroom off of 614B George St. $395/week for a bedroom with no internet or power is pretty steep. The landlord is also pretty invasive. She shows up without notice, or no-shows on scheduled meetings. She won't respond to texts, but will call you at 9PM at night. Getting information out of her is like pulling teeth. She also will bend the law to suit her needs, probably because she's used to students just taking it. The worst kind of landlord.
