The house has a lot of space, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, the shared driveway can be a problem with the neighbors. On the plus side, the landlord is great; they respond quickly and get any issues sorted ASAP.

The house is relatively new and located in a quiet area, but it has some significant downsides. It's very cold in winter, with thin internal walls and insubstantial curtains that don't help. Additionally, the landlord takes a while to fix problems and is hard to get hold of, which can be frustrating. Mould is also an issue that needs addressing.
I lived in a very big flat with heaps of space, including desks in every room and a wardrobe. It surprisingly gets a lot of sun in winter for its location, and the landlord was very helpful! The only downside was the lack of insulation, but it wasn't too bad.
