I had a very negative experience living in this flat due to a severe mold problem that quickly ruined most of our belongings and affected both my partner's and my health. Additionally, the main sewage line under the house overflowed multiple times, creating unpleasant conditions around the front door and lawn. While the landlord was nice and eventually addressed some issues, it often took a long time to get him to respond, and the mold problem was largely unresolved. On the plus side, the water pressure was great, and the location was convenient for the train.
