The house has a great location and is very warm and well insulated, though being slightly below ground makes it feel a bit like a cave, and the small courtyard doesn't get much sun. Our landlord, who lives next door, respects our privacy and is helpful when we need him. The best part of living here is the warmth and comfort, but I'm not super stoked on the community since, while the flatmates are nice, there's little group interaction or activities.
