The house is super warm during the winter, which I really appreciate, and the environment is cool with dumpling houses and cinemas nearby. However, I've experienced break-ins and had bikes stolen from my yard, which is a major downside. There's also not enough light, and I wish there was a balcony or a nice outside area, plus no shelter for cars or bikes. On the bright side, the landlord is nice.
