The house has good features like a large lounge and kitchen, but the small bedrooms, lack of a dishwasher, and only one shower and toilet in the same room are significant downsides. The shower runs out of hot water after a few uses, and the place feels drafty with broken handles and mould. While the landlord is extremely laid back, he’s not willing to fix or improve anything. The best part is its proximity to the university, but be prepared to get sick often due to the conditions.

The flat has a big lounge and plenty of bench space in the kitchen, making it a great place to hang out, especially since it's just a 2-minute walk to the university. The heat pump works really well, and I appreciate having a bath in the bathroom and decent shower pressure. However, the place lacks character with a boring layout, and the downstairs flats are colder with fewer windows. On the plus side, the landlord is great and quick to respond to any issues, like when we needed a new fridge.
The flat is warm and in a great location, close to the university and student area, making it the warmest place I've lived in. The landlord is nice and easy-going, and while we didn't see much of her, she was super easy to deal with when we needed to. The large living room and kitchen space are definitely a plus, but the rooms are a bit small, and only three of them get sunshine. I could hear the movements of the people upstairs, but you do get used to it.
The house is warm and cozy, which is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is alright, but the rooms are a bit smallish. Overall, I appreciate the warmth of the place.
The lounge and kitchen are pretty massive, which was great, while the bedrooms are kind of small. The location is mean, just a 1-minute walk to uni, and being part of a complex is a definite plus. The landlord is quick to fix or replace anything broken or damaged, but the downside is that I can't always find a carpark.
The house is relatively warm considering there is no heating, and three of the rooms get a lot of sun. However, the rooms are quite small, which is a downside. Overall, it's a decent place to live.
The house has some rooms that get a bit of sunlight, which is nice, and the landlord is a nice guy. The best part is that it has a slight hint of a backyard, but the worst thing is that it's small, damp, and not warm.
