The house is in a good location and warms up nicely with the heat pump, but the bedrooms get super cold since they don't get any sun. The landlord is really nice, quick to respond, and always fixes things promptly. The best thing about the flat is definitely the location, while the worst part is the lack of off-street parking.

The best thing about the flat is definitely the location. However, the only downside is that we do not have a heat pump. On the plus side, the landlord is good to deal with and has sorted things out for us quickly.
The flat is a bit cold, but overall it's a good place, especially since it's been renovated. The property manager is slow to respond, but they do get things done.

The house is extremely cold and has weird, almost haunted vibes; it's so old that the walls are turning to shit. The landlord promises to fix things but never follows through. The best part is definitely the people, but honestly, everything else is the worst.
