The location of the flat is the best thing about it, but the temperature is a major downside—it's very cold during winter, and there's excess mould growing in the bathrooms. The landlord is hopeless at replying to our messages and makes a lot of promises but never follows through.

I found the flat to be great during summer, but it gets very cold and damp in winter, which is definitely the worst thing about it. The location is the best aspect, but the landlord has big promises that he rarely follows through on, and it's also quite difficult to get in touch with him.
The house was damp and cold, with minimal insulation and soundproofing, and the improperly ventilated dryer caused condensation to drip down the walls, leading to health issues and mold. The landlord seemed more focused on profit than on her tenants' needs, often arriving without notice, which was frustrating. The best thing about the flat was its location, but the worst was definitely the cold and damp conditions.
The house has mould issues, which is definitely a downside. The landlord is tight, making it difficult to address concerns. However, the best part about living here is the living area and location. Overall, the mould is a significant drawback.
The house has a good kitchen and living area, but it can be very cold, especially in the front two rooms, and there's a dampness issue with mould. The landlord is a nice lady, though she does take her time to get things fixed. The best thing about the flat is its location, while the worst is definitely the mould problem.
The house gets really cold in winter, and the fridge makes a weird noise and sometimes turns off for days. The bathroom tends to get mouldy, and the DVS doesn't work in four rooms, plus the wood on the lounge door is rotten. The landlord is vague about money, threatens legal action over minor issues, and is slow to respond to messages, often blaming tenants for problems beyond their control. On the bright side, the kitchen and living area are modern, but the coldness is definitely the worst part.
The walls are concrete, making the rooms very cold, and it often feels colder inside than outside. The landlord doesn't get back to you right away, sometimes taking up to three days to respond. On the bright side, the best feature is the good modern kitchen.
The house is made from concrete, which makes it quite cold inside—often colder than it is outside. The landlord is always busy and doesn't resolve issues quickly unless I contact her multiple times via mobile and email. On the bright side, the modern kitchen is definitely the best feature of the flat.
The house is down a long driveway and has little to no natural light, making it quite damp and cold, and despite its shoebox size, it comes at a premium price. The landlord included a non-negotiable carport in the rent, but since none of us had cars, she often claimed it for herself whenever she was nearby. The best thing about the place is the location, but honestly, most things were disappointing.
