The best thing about this flat is definitely the location, but the worst aspect is the poorly placed heat pump, which makes heating a challenge. The landlord is anxious but prompt in addressing issues, though her excuse for not upgrading things is that she plans to tear the house down soon—I'm curious how long she will keep saying that without taking action.

My landlord has been mostly good, though she tends to get anxious about the flat being tidy. The best thing about the place is definitely the location, but the worst aspect is the heating arrangement; the heat pump is in a terrible spot, and we couldn't properly heat the lounge.
