The location of the flat is great, but the price point feels too high for what you get. Most studio rooms are very small, and the house is quite old, with some issues like grime in the upstairs shower and a weak wifi signal that took three months to resolve. While there's a cleaner for the common areas and the property manager is responsive, you do have to pay for laundry, and the kitchen lacks sufficient bench space. Additionally, the thin walls and noise from the main road can be disruptive, making it challenging for light sleepers.

The house is not too bad overall, and the landlord takes good care of the tenants. The best features are definitely the shower and kitchen, but the place is not very warm.
