The house has terrible ventilation, holes in the roof, peeling paint, and holes in the walls that were already there when we moved in—overall, it's crap. The landlord has awful communication, often bringing in a random guy for repairs who doesn't know what he's doing, and the property manager doesn't communicate with the landlord, leading to confused and delayed repairs that often never happen. The best thing about this place is the location, but the worst part is the useless landlord and the hole in the ceiling.
