I really enjoyed living in this cool space, which felt homely with a good communal area. The old landlords were the best I've ever had—kind, helpful, and responsive—but I can't comment on the new ones since I'm moving out before the changeover. While the heating was a bit of an issue during the super cold winter, I was very happy with my rent of $250 a week, although the new owners' increase to $370 seems steep without any improvements. I'd consider living there again for up to $300 as it is now.

I loved the great location and really cool setting of the house, though it did get really hot in the summer because of the layout. The landlords were really fair, and I never had any problems with them. Unfortunately, I couldn't continue renting it because the price was increased due to the location.
