The house is too far away from town and quite cold, which makes it less appealing. However, the garden is definitely the best feature of the property. Overall, the location is the worst aspect for me.

I really enjoyed the great views over the city and the beautiful sunsets from the house, along with the lovely garden and cute hedgehogs and bird life. The landlord is a very lovely lady, but the house has some downsides, like being very closed plan, pretty cold with no heating, and located up a narrow street with a tricky driveway. Overall, the views and garden were definitely the best parts.
