The house has mould in all rooms, is very cold, and has rubbish everywhere, with no backyard. While the number of rooms is a plus, the worst part is definitely the mould. Additionally, the landlord is often unresponsive or very slow to respond, and can be rude, unhelpful, and unsympathetic.
