The house is really, really, really, really cold, but the rent is cheap and the location is great, especially on Castle Street, yeeeee boooiiiii. The landlord is generally good, but can be a bit useless at times. Overall, the coldness is definitely the worst part.

The house is very cold, but it's big and good for parties. The landlord is good at getting things fixed, but the property manager is useless and hard to reach. The best thing about the place is definitely the shower, while the worst part is that it was freezing and got no sun.
The location of the flat was great, but the house was cold, and the property manager really sucked. They were hard to contact, didn't follow procedures correctly, and seemed to favor stronger parties, not taking us seriously because we were just students. Overall, everything was pretty good apart from the issues with the property manager.
