The house has a great location and a really good new kitchen, but the single glazed windows make it cold and cause a lot of condensation, even when aired out. Overall, it's pretty good, though keeping heat in is hard. The landlord is very good, always quick to respond and happy to fix any issues.

The flat has big rooms, but it was often colder inside than outside, which made it uncomfortable, especially with the cold and mould issues. On the bright side, the kitchen was decent, and the landlord was a lovely man who responded quickly to any issues.
I have a wicked landlord who is amazing—he brings us fruit when he goes to central and gets problems fixed the same day. However, the heat pump positioning is useless, and the front rooms get shaded by tall university buildings. The worst part is the gaps in the kitchen window.
The house has a unique feature with a shower in the dining room, which is definitely unusual. The landlord is awesome and even brings fruit, which is a nice touch. The best thing about the flat is its location, but the worst part has to be the people living here.
The house has a great outside area shared with another flat, which is a nice feature. However, the landlord is quite informal and tends to show up unannounced, which can be a bit unsettling. Overall, the worst part is that the place can get really cold.
The house itself is fine, but the best part is definitely the location and the landlord—he's awesome and super nice. Unfortunately, the worst thing has been the people living here.
Cumberland Court is a place of shenanigans and intrigue. The landlord is friendly but would show up unannounced; he even gave us 5kg of apples once. The best part is the backyard, which has half concrete and half grass, making it great for all weather. However, it was often warmer outside than inside due to the insulation.
