The house is fully furnished, but the furniture quality is poor and the rooms are really small, which is the worst part for me. On the plus side, it’s easy to heat, and the location is great. However, I’ve noticed quite a bit of moisture on the walls from drying clothes inside, and the landlord doesn’t seem to care about anything.

The location of the flat is mint, which is definitely the best thing about it. However, there's a lot of moisture in the house, and the bathroom could use some improvement. Overall, the landlord is all good, but the moisture issue is a downside.
The house was mouldy, very damp, and very small, which made living there quite uncomfortable. While the location was the best thing about it, the landlord seemed uninterested in taking care of the property, making everything else a struggle.
The house is small and mouldy, which is a significant downside, especially considering the price. The landlord can be slack and seems to look to rip you off at times. On the bright side, the location is the best aspect of this rental.
