Landlord is nice but not wanting to really do anything to make the place better. It needs significant work to be liveable. I was sick with colds 13 times over the 12 months of the tenancy. I got mould poisoning from living there (confirmed by my gp and an immunologist), which was horrific. The garden is extremely overgrown and contributes to the damp and dark nature of the house.
