The flat is so large that it can be difficult to heat the whole house, and while we usually stay in the lounge with the heat pump, the good insulation helps when using individual heaters in the rooms. The property manager is great, but getting a response from the owner can be challenging; it took me 2-3 months to get curtains for my room, though they are nice when they do respond. On the plus side, the design of the house is amazing, and the outdoor area is great, but the size makes it hard to clean as well.
