The house is very cold and damp, and I found it to be small and dark. While the landlord replies fast, they can be forgetful. The best thing about the flat is definitely its location.

Overall, it's a nice tidy flat with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, but it’s very cold since the heat pump only warms the living room, and the bathroom drips water from condensation after showers. The landlord is lovely, though we did have an issue with a missing rent payment early on, which she sorted out eventually. The best thing about the flat is definitely the shower, while the worst thing is the cold.
Overall, it's a pretty nice flat with beautiful views and a huge outdoor area featuring a spa, patio, and lawn. The property manager is super easy to contact, but dealing with the landlord can be challenging; for instance, it took six weeks to get curtains for my room. One downside is that it's hard to heat any room other than the lounge, and there's only one shower for eight people.
The house has good bones and is perfect for Scarfie DIY projects, making it a great party flat for the lads. The landlord gets things done ASAP, which is a plus. However, it can be sometimes damp and cold. Overall, it's a fun place for parties.
