I really enjoyed the excellent location and the afternoon sun in the flat, which has a large living area and kitchen that heats up quickly. There's also a massive amount of off-street parking, though the flat could use a bit of general maintenance to revamp it. The landlord is generally standoffish but quick to help if anything goes wrong. My main drawbacks were the price and the old-school feel of the place.

The house has lots of parking for three cars, but it smells like mould and isn't very clean, although there is new carpet in the lounge. The landlord lives in another city, so communication is through Auckland. The best thing about the place is the location, but the worst part is the temperature.
