The flat is warm, which is a definite plus, but there are several downsides. The bathroom windows are see-through, the internet is painfully slow and can only connect one device at a time through 'Zenbu,' and the property managers are extremely unresponsive. I've tried contacting them, but when they do respond, nothing gets done.

The house has a good location and big bedrooms, but it's extremely cold, damp, and mouldy. The kitchen is the best part, but the property manager is useless, taking weeks to respond and even longer to fix issues, and they don’t seem to pass our concerns on to the landlord. Overall, the cold and mouldy conditions are a significant downside.
The house has some significant drawbacks, including a tiny hot water cylinder that constantly runs out, an unreliable upstairs shower with poor pressure, and inadequate lighting from directional halogen spotlights. The internet is restricted to just 20GB and one device at a time, which is very frustrating, especially since gigabit plans are available but never implemented. While the landlord has improved communication later in the year, everything still requires their approval, which can take ages. On the plus side, power is included in the rent.
The house has an epic view and nice rooms, but the landlord is the worst part. They reply to messages quickly, but they don’t take action; we pay for a cleaner in the studio, yet it hasn't been cleaned in months, and the lawn hasn't been mowed in three months either. The best thing about living here is definitely the view and the sun during the summer months.
The house is bloody good with massive rooms, en suites, and a big lounge/kitchen. The property manager is a good lad who always sorts things out if something is broken and isn't too fussed if we're behind on rent. The best thing about the flat is its size, but the worst thing is that it's expensive.
The house is relatively warm with awesome views, and power is included in the rent. However, the landlord is quick to reply when they want to, but often ignores issues until prompted multiple times, and even then, they don't take action. The lawns are rarely mowed, the studio hasn't been cleaned since a single professional clean, and the bathroom downstairs stinks while there's mould growing upstairs and a disgusting kitchen sink. Overall, the view is the best part, but the property manager is definitely the worst.
Living in this flat has been a challenge; it's freezing, has minimal hot water, and is plagued by mould and mice. The house is on a lean, gets no sun, and has a tiny living space with just one toilet right off the lounge. The landlord is a bad communicator who makes empty promises and is just plain lazy. Honestly, the only redeeming factor has been the flatmates, but the flat itself is the worst part.
The shower in the house is very inconsistent, often switching from cold to boiling hot, and the small upstairs cylinder frequently runs out of water, though the place is generally warm. The property managers are the worst part of the experience; they are useless and slow to respond, often running out of supplies and not even knowing their own phone number. On the bright side, the best feature is that power is included in the rent.
