The flat has a great location and is good value, keeping the heat well to minimize sickness, but it's quite dark in the kitchen and lounge due to the lack of windows, and the bathroom ventilation could be better. The landlord is easy to deal with and generally responds quickly to requests, as long as you set clear expectations. However, the worst part is the lack of outside space and the parking situation, which isn't great.
