Landlord
Landlord (Wendy) is kind and forgiving, responds promptly to emails. It's not a very well insulated place and Karori is a cold suburb (the common areas were 6° some mornings in winter). Heating is also very expensive to run there. There is technically a heater in the lounge but non functional. Not a terrible flat overall, depending on which bedroom you are in (I struggled majorly with mould from rain getting in through the poorly sealed windows) but it's a very central location and had nice flatmates when I was staying there.
