I really appreciate how close the house is to everything, and the landlord is friendly and gets things done within a day. The kitchen gets some sun, which is nice, but the lounge is quite small. Overall, the best things about this place are the landlord and the location.

I really enjoyed living in this flat due to its great location, close to Night n Day and the university. The big bedrooms were a highlight, although the kitchen and lounge were quite small. The landlord is a nice guy who gets things done, and while only one room upstairs gets much sun, the overall vibe is good. Just be mindful of noise since there are hotels on either side.
The house has a great location, and I have to say, the landlord is the best ever. However, it can be a bit cold at times. Overall, I really appreciate the landlord and the location.
The house is warm thanks to the motel's heating, with big rooms and two toilets. The landlord is great—he's quick and always gets things sorted. The best part is that it's nice and warm in summer and bearable in winter, plus the location and property manager are excellent. The only downside is the small lounge.
The house has large rooms with high ceilings that are impossible to heat, and the small lounge attached to the kitchen is a downside, though the upstairs is warmer than downstairs. I appreciated the washing line outside that gets plenty of sunshine. The location is great for uni, with a 24-hour dairy and a park nearby, and I have to say, the landlord is the best ever. However, the small lounge was definitely the worst thing about the place.
The house has a unique feature with a glass door to the bathroom—definitely need a poster for that! The landlord is great, and the best things about the place are its location and layout. However, the A-frame can be a bit annoying when trying to fit two people's stuff into one room.
