I loved the location of the flat, just 2 minutes from the Octagon and the medical school. The heat pump kept the top floor warm and sunny, but the ground floor did get a bit cold in winter. The landlord was helpful and friendly, which made my experience even better. Overall, the best part was definitely the location.
