The property is poorly designed, with the sunniest side having hardly any windows, and the largest bedroom is the coldest, requiring significant heating and dehumidification to combat mould. While the location is great for students, the price is not justified by the quality of the accommodation, especially with the underfloor insulation being ineffective and the heat pump struggling to keep the place warm. On a positive note, the landlord is reasonable and responsive to suggested improvements, and the sleep-out is the only bedroom with proper insulation. Overall, the worst aspect is the perpetual freezing coldness.
