I had a terrible experience with this flat, facing significant mould and condensation problems that led to very high power bills from running heaters and dehumidifiers. The landlords were slum-like, only showing concern when the council threatened to investigate. The best part was getting out of the lease, as everything else about the place was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs!
