I found the house to be a complete disaster—definitely avoid it. The landlord is also a problem; they will take advantage of you and rack up your bond. The best part was leaving and the showers, but everything else, especially the lounge, was just terrible.

The landlords (culters) are awful; they did nothing about a leak in the wall and took our entire bond for pre-existing problems without ever doing a re-inspection. They charged us for a borrowed microwave and clearly have no idea what they're doing. The best thing about the flat was the shower and wooden toilet seat, but overall, the cold and the landlords made everything pretty miserable.
I found this flat to be really solid and purpose-built for students, with a big living area and decent bedrooms. The location is excellent and very social, although the lounge doesn't get much sun and there's some noise from the upstairs flat. The landlord is super lovely and responsive, though somewhat strict, and while the house retains heat well, there is one dud room at the back that can be prone to mould. Overall, the best thing about the flat is the location, but the dark room is definitely the worst part.
The house is pricey for what it is, but the handy location and included internet are positives. The landlord sometimes responds quickly, but I often have to push her to get things done, and there was only one flat inspection. The best feature is the heat pump, but on the downside, many of the rooms are on a lean, and the house is starting to fall apart.
The house has mice living in the walls, which is quite off-putting. On the plus side, the heat pump is definitely the best feature, but the small rooms are a downside. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
