I found the flat to be decent and purpose-built for students, with all rooms equally sized and receiving good sunlight. The shower pressure is extremely good, and having two showers and two toilets for five people is a definite plus. However, the lounge is quite small and lacks sunlight, which is a downside. On the bright side, the landlord is very reasonable, easy to contact, and quick with repairs, making the overall experience positive.
