The house keeps warmth very well and hasn't been too damp and mouldy, except in the rooms facing the backyard. The shower pressure is amazing—10/10! Our landlord is pretty chill and resolves issues quickly, which is great. The worst thing has been the dampness, but overall, it's a decent place to live.

The flat is cold and would be damp like most Dunedin flats if it weren't for the dehumidifier, and the whiteware could use an upgrade. Parking is usually only an issue during school drop-off and pick-up times, but the location is great. The windows are poorly positioned, so we don't get much sun, and the bedroom has an annoying skylight with no separation from the lounge. The landlord is good most of the time, but it can be a hassle if he doesn't see something as his issue.
