The flat has some good features like plenty of crockery and cutlery, being furnished, and having a heat pump, washer, dryer, and Vodafone fibre broadband. However, it lacks storage space, has a disparity in bedroom sizes, a very small cramped downstairs bathroom, and the vacuum cleaner isn't very good. The landlords, a husband and wife, are experienced and considerate, responding to issues over email, though they can't always be there in person due to their kids. Overall, it's great value for money at $150 per week for rent, power, and internet, but outdated equipment makes cleaning difficult.
