I really enjoyed living in this lovely flat with its amazing location, close to shops, uni, town, and the supermarket. The massive, sunlit rooms come with plenty of furniture and kitchen equipment, though the lack of a designated lounge is a downside; however, the big entrance-way and couches in the rooms help. The landlord is absolutely fantastic, responding quickly to any issues and even dropping off baking to wish us luck during exams. The best part is definitely the location, though getting the shower to the right temperature and pressure takes some practice.

The house is old and has no ventilation in the bathroom, which feels kind of gross, and there's no living room. The landlord is pretty hands-off, but they respond reasonably well to issues if you communicate with them, like letting them know if rent will be late. The best thing about this place is the location and price, but the bathroom setup is definitely weird.
