The house has potential but suffers from significant issues like dampness and mould, particularly in the bathroom, which lacks ventilation. The landlords are unresponsive and take months to address problems, often opting for minimal fixes. While the shower pressure is great, the overall condition of the flat, including a leaking sink waste disposal and noisy mornings from the landlords upstairs, makes it hard to justify the rent increase from $370 to $385. Overall, it feels like they prioritize profit over proper maintenance.
