The house has serious issues, with pipes freezing in winter since they're above ground and uninsulated, and there's no sun from April to September. I dealt with mould in the bathroom and front bedroom, and the place is super drafty with windows that don't seal. The landlord is a predatory company that tries to blame tenants for the deferred maintenance and structural problems. The best thing about living here is the yard in summer, but the worst part is not having water.

The house is mouldy, cold, and lacks proper heating, with no sun in winter and no storage space. The property management acts as if they can do whatever they want, often to our inconvenience, and they charge too much for everything. I also heard that the previous tenant didn’t get their full bond back due to the lawn not being mowed. The only good thing is that the place is fenced, but overall, the property managers are the worst part of this experience.
