Landlord
The house is warm and dry, and the gas helps save a lot on electricity, plus it’s well insulated, keeping it cozy in winter. However, the neighbors usually party loudly on Thursdays, which can be a downside if you have a sunny room. The landlord is easy to contact, but I've been waiting six months for our garage remotes, so he often doesn’t follow through.
