The house had some mouse holes, which was a bit of a nuisance. I often had to keep contacting the landlord about the same issue, which was frustrating. On the plus side, the location was very close to uni, but overall, I felt the price was expensive.

The house had some mouse holes, which was a bit of a concern. I sometimes had to keep contacting the landlord about various issues. On the plus side, the location was very close to the university, but the price was quite expensive.
I appreciate that the landlord gives us vouchers for keeping the flat in really good condition, and he’s quick to respond since he lives in Auckland. The price is definitely the best thing about this place, but the temperature can be a bit uncomfortable at times.
