The house is quite dusty and gets damp in the winter, which is the worst part for me. However, the shower is definitely the best thing about it. The landlord is pretty laid-back, which makes the experience more enjoyable despite the dust.

The house has its ups and downs. The best thing about it is definitely the sun, which makes the space feel warm and inviting. However, I can't overlook the rotten floorboard, which is a real downside. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
The house has an excellent location and a sunny, sheltered backyard, which I love, especially the enclosed outdoor area for drying clothes. However, it does get damp and mouldy in winter, and the bedrooms can be quite cold. While the landlord has good intentions and is helpful when needed, I found that I often had to pester him about maintenance issues, like the hot water running out and old plugs needing replacement. Be sure to take photos of the flat when you move in!
