I found the flat to be terrible—cold, damp, and infested with rodents and flies. The landlord is an absolute penny pincher who tries to scam you out of your bond and is slow to fix issues, often only providing half-hearted solutions. The wiring is dodgy, and I even got shocked by the bathroom light switch when it rained. The only positive is the location, but the cold makes it hard to enjoy.
