I found the house to have double glazed windows, which was a plus, but I could hear everything occurring upstairs and in the room next door, which was quite distracting. On the bright side, the landlord was easy to deal with.

The house is pretty warm with double glazing and offers decent living space both inside and out. The landlord is a nice guy who is very attentive to our concerns. The best part is its warmth and proximity to everything, though the downside is hearing noise from upstairs.
The house is warm and heats up easily, and the lounge is sunny, which I really appreciate. However, I can hear everything from the kitchen and upstairs from my room, making it quite noisy at times. On the plus side, the landlord is easy to deal with.
The house is good, featuring double glazed windows, which I really appreciate. The landlord is also great, as he sorts out any problems within a day. However, the worst thing is that there are blinds instead of curtains.
When I moved in, almost every appliance needed repair within the first month, and I dealt with mice as well. The landlord is often on holiday, but when I finally reached him, he was quick to address repairs. He's an interesting character—fantastic on good days, but getting him to do anything on bad days is a challenge. On the bright side, the water pressure is good, but it's frustrating that almost everything broke at least once.
The flat has been renovated, so the old gangster 80's kitchen is gone, replaced by a fancy modern one, although I still miss that watermelon green/red combo. Overall, it was a good flatting experience, but at $130 per week, it felt a bit expensive. The landlords were good, but we had issues with property managers unfairly charging us $300 from our bond for cleaning, even though the flat was clean. The best thing about the flat was Charlie, while the worst was Phoebe.
