The location of the house is pretty convenient, making it easy to get to places, and the price is reasonable. However, the house itself has issues, such as poor insulation that fails to retain heat and a back bedroom that stays cold and gets no sunlight. Additionally, the smoke alarm goes off randomly, sometimes at 2 am, and there are noticeable gaps between the exterior doors and the frame, contributing to moisture buildup. On a positive note, the landlord is easy to deal with and always pleasant.

The biggest problem we've encountered with the flat is the build-up of moisture; one room doesn't get any sunlight, leading to severe condensation that can cover the roof in water. This is especially problematic in winter, as the flat is already cold, and opening the windows only makes it worse. On a positive note, the property manager is very reliable and addresses any issues promptly, and the price and location of the flat are quite convenient. However, the overall quality of the flat is poor, primarily due to the terrible moisture build-up.
The house is colder inside than out most of the time, and the heat pump in the hallway makes it pretty useless. While the landlord does fix some things promptly, others remain unfixed for months. The best thing about the flat is its location, but the worst part is definitely how cold it gets.
The house has all-day sun in my room, which is fantastic. However, the bathroom and kitchen are quite small. My first landlord was the worst I've ever encountered, but my current landlord is so much better.
