The flat is in a good location, but it's relatively on a lean and very wonky in some rooms, which is the worst thing about it. The landlord is just okay—he's aight. Overall, the angle of the flat is a bit off-putting.

The house has its quirks, with wonky and warped floors that make it feel like you're walking up a slope in some rooms, and you can hear rats in the walls year-round, which is pretty unsettling. On the plus side, the lounge does warm up nicely when someone cooks, and the landlord is mostly hands-off, giving proper notice for inspections. However, the lack of sunlight in most rooms after 3:30 - 4:00 pm in winter is a downside.
The house has warped floors with some indents and holes, and the bathroom door lacks a lock, making it feel cold overall. Three of the five rooms get no sun, and only two are insulated, while the living room and kitchen are also not insulated. On the bright side, the kitchen is mint green and adorable, and the landlord is very helpful, but I can't stress enough how cold it is!
The house was very cold and damp, with lots of mold, making it generally miserable to live in. The seriously slanted floors and rotting floorboards didn't help either. The landlord was okay but not really interested in addressing issues when they arose. The best thing about the place was the location, but the worst was definitely the dampness.
