Landlord
The house is freezing cold, and I have to run the heater at full capacity all the time just to make it livable; my clothes never dry. I requested a heat pump, but the landlord refused, along with any insulation. On the bright side, the new kitchen and whiteware are nice, but the lack of sun makes it the worst part of living here.
