I had a cool landlord who was easygoing, but she didn't manage the property as well as a company would, lacking routine inspections. The standalone house had its perks, but it was very damp, and the shower pressure was poor. While the hot water was boiling, it was also quite cold at times, making for an uncomfortable experience.
